Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead. This position reports to the Night Shift Supervisor and will lead the daily shipping and receiving function to ensure the facility is running at optimal productivity levels. This Bilingual Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for the communicating and executing warehouse processes to leadership.

Position Requirements:

High School or EquivalentMust be able to fluently read, write and speak English and SpanishMinimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge is requiredComputer knowledge of all Microsoft Office ProgramsMust be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse settingAbility to work second shift 

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
