Bilingual Team Lead - Landscaping

Adecco is currently assisting a landscaping company based in **Mamaroneck, NY** in seeking a **Bilingual Team Lead** ! Our client services clients across Westchester County with top-tier residential and commercial landscaping solutions. This leadership role will oversee and drive the success of our client's landscaping teams by ensuring smooth operations, team development, and exceptional project outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
+ Manage and mentor landscaping team leads and crew members, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and accountability.
+ Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
+ Collaborate with managers, crews, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
+ Oversee job sites to ensure adherence to designs, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
+ Conduct training sessions to improve team members’ skills in equipment operation, horticulture practices, and safety protocols.
+ Identify and address performance gaps, offering coaching and performance evaluations as needed.
+ Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, tools, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies for projects.
+ Serve as a point of contact for client concerns or inquiries during project execution, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
+ Promote a positive company image through professional interactions with clients and the community.
+ Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize risks on job sites.
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years Landscaping Experience (Supervisory experience preferred)
+ Bilingual (English & Spanish)
+ Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
+ Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
