Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. What you'll be doing as a Bilingual Team Leader: * Oversee the inspection process, responsible for the laborers Team Leads and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables * Must lead by example, be organized, and practice good housekeeping skills in all areas of the facility * Ensure all employees work safely and in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures * Report any accidents or incidents that occur within the facility immediately to a supervisor * Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paper work, etc…) * Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs * Provide on the job training for any new work instructions when applicable * Must be accountable for all personnel assigned to specific jobs * Provide input to Customer Service Manager regarding performance * Report any policy or procedure violations to Customer Support Manager * Participate, support and comply with all health and safety initiatives and requirements * Ensure proper and accurate documentation, paperwork is submitted on a daily basis  Available shifts: Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: * Strong leadership and multi tasking ability * Excellent organizational skills * Previous experience in customer service and supervisory capacity * Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekends * Own transportation * Ability to manage a team of people (5-15 per shift) * Experience as a team lead or supervisor * Preferred quality knowledge within an automotive environment * Understanding of measurement units and tolerance; ability to train others in this area * Read, write, speak English * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer literate, able to utilize MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and email software * Background check and drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
