Rapportant au directeur national des ventes PVD/ESKD, le **Gestionnaire de territoire,** **Intervention périphérique** est responsable des appels à froid, de la prospection et de l'établissement de relations qui augmenteront la croissance des revenus des comptes et la satisfaction des clients dans les lignes de produits et la géographie spécifiées. Les domaines de concentration incluront la recherche de nouvelles affaires avec la responsabilité d'atteindre les attentes de vente dans le territoire de **Montréal** tout en fournissant un service et un soutien exceptionnels aux médecins pour répondre aux besoins de leurs patients. Le gestionnaire de territoire est responsable de la couverture des cas dans les salles d'opération et d'intervention radiologique tout en travaillant avec les médecins et les décideurs clés.
Ce poste est un remplacement de congé de maternité de 18 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation, et sera basé à Montréal, Québec.
**Responsabilités**
**Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour promouvoir efficacement les produits BD auprès du personnel hospitalier et des médecins appropriés.**
**Rencontrer divers médecins et autres personnels hospitaliers pour déterminer les besoins, les objectifs, l'utilisation des produits et les types de cas traités par les clients.**
**Éduquer les clients sur les produits et leur utilisation clinique appropriée en faisant des présentations et des démonstrations.**
**Assister régulièrement aux procédures/cas dans les salles de procédure des hôpitaux et conseiller sur l'utilisation des produits tout en obtenant des informations sur les besoins spécifiques des médecins et du personnel.**
**Gérer régulièrement l'inventaire en consignation.**
**Responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente/revenus pour le territoire afin d'atteindre le quota.**
**Collaborer avec le marketing et les affaires médicales, ainsi que d'autres unités commerciales pour identifier les opportunités de vente et les présenter aux clients potentiels.**
**Effectuer des appels de vente consultatifs avec les chirurgiens vasculaires, les radiologues interventionnels, les néphrologues et les radiologues.**
**Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients.**
**Démontrer une connaissance approfondie des produits et la capacité de parler cliniquement aux médecins.**
**Connaissances et compétences**
+ Prendre des responsabilités et être capable de créer des plans efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs.
+ Travailler en équipe et/ou de manière indépendante tout en faisant preuve de flexibilité face aux exigences changeantes.
+ Avoir des compétences de présentation supérieures dans divers contextes de présentation : en tête-à-tête, en petits et grands groupes, avec des pairs et avec la haute direction.
+ Négocier habilement dans des situations difficiles avec des parties prenantes externes.
+ Posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et verbale), en influence et en négociation, permettant de communiquer efficacement des informations complexes à une grande variété de publics et de tirer parti du meilleur résultat.
+ Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en gérant plusieurs priorités.
**Éducation et expérience**
+ Diplôme universitaire.
+ Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux, en salle d'opération clinique et/ou en soins intensifs, ou expérience similaire en vente B2B.
+ Expérience réussie en vente de technologies de cathéter avec maladie vasculaire occlusive, endovasculaire, athérectomie, stent et DCB un atout.
+ Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (lecture, parole, écriture) requise pour communiquer avec des collègues et des clients au Québec et dans d'autres provinces.
+ Capacité à atteindre et dépasser le plan de vente assigné sur une base trimestrielle et annuelle.
+ Capable de gérer de manière indépendante le temps, les ressources et le budget dans le territoire assigné en conjonction avec des plans à court terme pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs du territoire.
+ Établir et maintenir des relations avec les clients, les hôpitaux et les médecins.
+ Doit posséder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite propre pendant au moins 3 ans; ainsi que répondre aux normes de sécurité automobile de BD.

Reporting to the PVD/ESKD National Sales Manager, **Territory Managers** are responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within specified product lines and geography. Focus areas will include driving new business with responsibility for achieving sales expectations in the Montreal territory while providing exceptional service and support to physicians to meet their patient's needs. The Territory Manager is responsible for case coverage in OR & IR suites while working with physicians and key decision makers.
**This position is an 18-month contract replacement for a mat leave, with the opportunity of extension, and will be based in Montreal, Quebec.**
**Responsibilities**
**Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote BD products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.**
**Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers' needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.**
**Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.**
**Routinely attend procedures/cases in hospital procedure rooms and advise on product usage and gain insight into specific needs of physicians' and staff.**
**Regularly manage consignment inventory.**
**Responsible for attainment of sales/revenue objectives for the territory in order to attain quota.**
**Partner with Marketing & Medical Affairs, and other business units to identify selling opportunities and present to potential clients.**
**Conduct consultative sales calls with Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Nephrologists, and Radiologists.**
**Build and maintain solid customer relationships.**
**Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and ability to speak clinically to physicians.**
**Knowledge and skills**

**Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.**
**Above average presentation skills in a variety of presentation settings: one-on-one, small, and large groups, with peers, and with senior leadership.**
**Can negotiate skillfully in a tough situation with external stakeholders.**
**Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiating skills, allowing the effective communication of complex information to a wide variety of audiences, and leveraging for the best outcome.**
**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.**
**Education and Experience**
**Bachelor's Degree.**
**2+ years of** **sales experience selling medical devices, clinical OR and/or ICU background, or similar sales B2B experience.**
**Successful sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, and DCB an asset.**
**Fluency in English and French (read, speak, write) required to communicate with colleagues and customers in Quebec and in other provinces.**
**Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.**
**Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the assigned territory in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure the territory's objectives are achieved.**
**Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians.**
**Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years; as well as meet BD's auto safety standards** **.**
