Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts / Rhode Island is looking for a Foster Care Homefinder / Recruiter. This position is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes.
As a Recruiter you will also assist in clinical components of foster care placement, and provide follow up with therapeutic foster homes.
Available hours for this position are: Monday through Friday 9-5 occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.

QualificationsFor consideration, you must have:
BA or BS in Human Services related field.Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families.Virtual Gateway knowledge strongly preferred.A valid driver's license with a good driving record.You must be able to attend a New Hire Orientation.The selected candidate will demonstrate:
