📢 Bilingual Trainer (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:🔹 Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they understand processes and expectations.
🔹 Act as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking employees.
🔹 Maintain training records, shift reports, and other essential documentation.
🔹 Assist with scheduling, employee relations, and workplace compliance.
🔹 Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a well-organized workspace.
✔️ Fluent in English & Spanish – Clear communication is key!
✔️ Previous experience in training, administration, or a similar role.
✔️ Strong organizational skills – You can manage schedules, reports, and paperwork with ease.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – You’ll use it daily.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Pay Details: $18.75 per hour
