Job Description

Position Overview

Warranty Services Representatives work in a call centre environment responding to calls from consumers regarding roofing warranties

Accountabilities

 Respond to all consumer inquires in a prompt and professional manner Process all documents within the company’s standard Service Levels    

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and emailProcess claims within the company’s claims management systemEnsure all claims documents and call notes are entered and maintainedPrepare claim files for management review and provide responses as directedDevelop working knowledge of products and associated warranties

Qualifications

Some experience in a high volume, fast paced call centre enviromentExcellent communication skills in both English and FrenchDispute resolution skills
