EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (read & write)
- Good Japanese communication skills.
- BA/BS degree is required.
- 2+ years Customer Service experience in IT or network Industry is preferred but not necessary
- Someone interested in technology
- Entry level is ok too
