Bill of Materials Manager
We are looking for a BOM manager to lead the development of Service Bill of Materials (SBOM). In this role, you will create and maintain detailed lists of parts (SBOM) needed to fix products, working closely with teams from different departments to ensure these SBOMs are always up-to-date with the latest designs. Set up and manage a system to track and communicate changes in these lists across all relevant teams. Work with various departments to check part details and make sure everything needed is available. Regularly review and update these lists as designs change, and develop training to help team members understand the system. Take part in projects to ensure these lists are accurately transferred into the company's ERP software. Participate in vehicle structure issue resolution initiatives. Report updates to senior management and address any problems with the SBOM.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive Service BOMs for all our products.
Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure all Service BOMs reflect current design requirements.
Implement and manage a system for Service BOM version control and ensure that changes are communicated and implemented across all impacted departments.
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain and logistics to verify part specifications and ensure availability of components.
Monitor, analyze and maintain service BOM data per engineering BOM change management.
Develop processes, training to support team members on BOM-related processes and systems.
Participate in ERP related projects associated with accurate Service BOM transfer.
Prepare and present BOM reports and related project updates to senior management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BOM discrepancies or errors.
