6-9 Month Contract (Temp)
Competitive Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Location: Carnegie, PA
Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home (Work-life balance & flexibility!)
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
As a Bill/Pay Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in billing and payments while supporting critical operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Investigating & Researching accounts with consecutive estimates using CRM/SAP.
Managing & Monitoring non-access termination processes in CRM.
Coordinating & Scheduling service orders efficiently.
Liaising with District Supervisors to address curb box issues or specialized service jobs.
Communicating with Customers regarding billing discrepancies and account updates.
Ensuring Accuracy & Compliance with all assigned tasks.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who can excel in this role with the following qualifications:
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
3-5 years of administrative experience (utility operations, engineering, or related field preferred)
Required Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized Educational Equivalency Certificate
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
