Daniels Health seeks an exceptional billing analyst to ensure the accuracy of  customer invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop accounting experience in a fast-paced dynamic company. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard-working, and promotable. Daniels is a large international business with operations across Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognized brand in the healthcare space and due to the growth of the Company is looking to grow the billing team.  Principle Accountabilities  Key Responsibilities/Key Tasks ·       Monitor Customer Phone Call Queue, including answering and addressing all customer questions and/or complaints  associated with invoicing.·       Create Salesforce Work tickets and forward to applicable departments if unable to address Customer questions.·       Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and email. ·       Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.·       Reviewing, analyzing and contract set up of customer profiles ·       Analyzing the complexity of the contract to ensure proper set up and billing terms of individual customer sites·       Timely and accurate processing of customer invoices for services and accessories performed and sold.·       Identifying and processing billing adjustments in a timely manner.·       Gathering and summarizing supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.·       Collaborating with plant administrators to ensure the proper closing of routes in Route Optix.·       Setting performance standards and ensuring that the appropriate coverage is in place to meet or exceed service goals·       Align Billing practices with interdepartmental teams EG: Accounts Receivable  Candidate Profile Skills & Qualifications
-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred, equivalent work experience considered  -Administrative skills and ‘customer set up’/entering customer agreements into ERPs/CRMs-Intermediate Excel skills -Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Sharp eye for detail -Proficient data entry skills; high number of words per minute
