Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services company, is looking for a Billing Analyst for Austin, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + The tasks are time sensitive and require a proactive approach to variances, discrepancies, and account balances. + Based in Austin, the Billing Analyst will manage Billing exceptions for the AMR region. + Reconcile billing activities across several business channels using automated reconciliation tools + Work on projects including geo-expansion, system enhancements, documentation and standardization of processes across regions + Support and back up other team members as needed + Identify and drive process improvement opportunities Requirements: + Knowledge of billing processes + Curiosity of end-to-end transaction flows with a strong desire to “connect the dots” between the upstream and downstream systems and processes + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Advanced spreadsheet and data analytical skills + Strong customer service and business partnership skills + Experience working with automated accounting systems + Attention to detail and strong ability to deliver timely and accurate results in a fast paced and dynamic environment + Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be a self-starter + Prior experience with SAP preferred + Internal controls and public accounting experience are a plus + Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus + BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar.
