Monday - Friday | $20-22 / hour | Benefits 1st of the month after 60 days SUMMARY: The Partner Services Billing Analyst is pivotal to the Partner Services and Business Development teams, ensuring accurate pricing and billing of our partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and providing and analyzing critical partner line of business data.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Prepare and process invoices for partners based on services rendered, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Monitor and reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve partner queries Analyze costs associated with fulfillment services, identifying room for improved efficiencies Collaborate with the Purchasing and Finance departments to ensure accurate product costs for quoting and billing purposes Assist in analyzing new partner contracts based on current company requirements and capabilities Maintain detailed records of partner contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with billing and payment terms Analyze, compile, create, and communicate credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, and rates for goods/services to complete billing documents Generate and present reports on billing, costs, labor, storage, production, and overall financial performance of partners Support the business development team in responding to any financial or billing-related inquiries from partners Assist with audits related to billing/cost functions Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in a billing, accounting, or financial role Strong analytical and problem solving skills Technological proficiency, particularly in accounting software, excel, and Google Workspace High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred but not required We're an equal opportunity employer.
