Description Job Title: Invoicing & Billing Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing & Billing Specialist with prior experience in billing and invoicing. This role requires strong Excel skills (complex formulas) and a keen attention to detail. You must be able to read and understand contracts (non-legal) and ensure billing accuracy across multiple locations. Day in the Life: Invoice Creation & Reconciliation – Generate invoices based on contracts and bus routes. Excel-Driven Work – Manage and update spreadsheets for 78+ contracts, ensuring accuracy. Contract-Based Billing – Understand revenue structure (price per route/day, excess hour charges). Error Spotting – Identify discrepancies (e.g., incorrect route days) and correct them. New Customer Setup – Create and modify contract spreadsheets for new locations. Collaboration – Communicate billing errors and adjustments with non-finance teams. This role requires high precision, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving contract requirements.
