Primary Responsibility:
To support the Koerber/Highjump WMS across Americold Sites. Ensure that tickets are getting resolved within the SLA including on-call support. Support includes post conversion and long-term ticketing support. The team primarily works on Korber/HighJump e3Pl applications but also may work on other Americold applications and integrations as required. The team works closely with other Operational and IT resources including the Operations, Training, Support, EDI, Development and Architecture teams to ensure a quality WMS product is delivered.
Essential Functions:
Monitor and analyze billing systems, reconcile interfaces, work with IT and the sites to resolve billing exceptions, and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. Prepare multiple AR management reports, analyses and reconciliations. Manage the Credit Request system and related processes, including training of users, resolution of exceptions, identification of process and application improvements. Prepare weekly and monthly cash forecasts for use by the Treasury group. Prepare revenue analyses for month end close reviews, participate in the revenue variance meetings, and follow-up on variance issues. Support Sox reporting and controls. Provide support in preparing schedules, analyses, and documentation for the annual audit and quarterly reviews. Provide back-up support for cash applications, including research. Provide reconciliation support and research in support of the collectors. Other duties as requested.What Experience and Education You Need
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or mathematics required. 1-2 years’ experience in an accounting or financial analysis environment. Experience in a high-volume environment. Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office; including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – with “expert” level in Excel (interview process will include an Excel assessment). Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, TMS, WMS and/or AS400 preferred.What Could Set You Apart
