Job Description A utility company is looking for a Billing Analyst to join their team! The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring SOMAH (California's Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing program) customers are accurately set up in SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of billing processes, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service. Key responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Analyze customer account data to ensure accuracy and identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement. - Reconciliation: Reconcile billing data with financial records, working closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue reporting. - Customer Support: Assist customers with billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangements, providing high-quality customer service. - System Management: Maintain and update billing systems and software, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting technical issues as needed. This is a hybrid role, and the individual will need to be onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree Experience working within an SAP software Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a billing, finance, accounting, analytics role or similar Strong Excel skills - experience with x/vlook-ups, pivot tables, etc. Experience processing VNEM, NEMA or SOMAH set ups for customers Experience querying data from SAP and/or Excel Experience with formula profiles in SAP null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
