Nelson Mullins is growing rapidly and so is our Accounting Department.  The Accounting team is looking to add a Legal Billing Assistant to its expanding team.

A Day in the Life

The Accounting Department handles the needs of our law offices across the country. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well!  Handling a busy inbox, you’ll edit and prepare invoices. You’ll also communicate and manage billing needs, working directly with our attorneys and their administrative assistants.

We Know You

You know how to leverage your billing experience to help the team achieve its goals. With proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, you possess strong written and communication skills. As a multitasking expert who prioritizes customer service, you understand that organization, meticulous attention to detail, and professionalism are essential for success. You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. A minimum of three years of billing experience is required, and prior experience in a law firm is highly desirable. There is also the opportunity for overtime as needed.
