Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Billing Assistant in Irving, TX!** Pay rate: $ 19.53/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 830a-530p or 9a-6p **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume!** Our ideal **Billing Associate** must be able to: + Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. + Process customer invoices and ensure timely application of paid invoices. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable records in accordance with accounting standards. + Reconcile vendor and customer statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner with suppliers and customers. + Properly and efficiently communicate with vendors and customers (internal and external) to resolve any issues related to payments or invoices. + Manage the multiple email inbox’s and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. + Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals. + Monitor and update accounts receivable aging reports and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. + Prepare and process electronic payments. + Provide support for other accounting and finance functions as needed. Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements for this **Billing Associate** : + 2+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable + Foreclosure knowledge + Experience with Oracle and/or BKFS invoicing + Strong attention o detail and organizational skills + Ability to multitask + Proficient with Excel + Experience with electronic processing ACH/Wires a plus Note: This is an onsite position, must reside/live near **Irving, TX!** As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
