Airswift is seeking a Billing Assistant to work on an outsourced contract in Bogotá with a a multinational transport company.
 This position assists the billing manager in providing accurate invoices to customers and precise remuneration to drivers.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
-  Enter trips into the TMW dispatch module
- Review/resolve all discrepancies with driver documentation
- Ability to index/organize trips in EBE and refill Deer Park as appropriate
- Send trips to customers and handle customer disputes
- Assist other specialists with their workload as time allows



JOB QUALIFICATIONS 
Higher education
Advanced English
