Description Our client is currently looking for a reliable Billing Clerk. Significant responsibilities include collecting all information needed to calculate bills receivable, issue invoices and manage all relevant paperwork. Responsibilities: + Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. + Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices. + Check the validity of debit accounts. + Resolve discrepancies in accounting records. + Monitor the status of customer accounts and balances. Requirements + Proven experience as a billing clerk. + Proficient in MS Office, databases and accounting software. + Reliable with a knack for numbers. + Excellent data entry skills. + High school diploma, further education in accounting or finance is a plus.
