Description Robert Half is seeking an ambitious Billing Clerk with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to join a focused and motivated team in the manufacturing industry. In this Billing Clerk position, you will review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. We are seeking candidates looking for work based in the Falcon Heights, Minnesota area for this Billing Clerk opening. Responsibilities: - Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness - Issue monthly customer statements - Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence - Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered - Establish financial controls and procedures - Process credit memos *Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.
