Responsibilities: • Process and manage customer billing accurately and efficiently. • Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of precision. • Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data, with a light to medium level of experience required. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing. • Ensure customer records are updated and maintained accurately. • Utilize typing skills to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Provide customer service support over the phone as needed. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Commit to a regular work schedule, demonstrating reliability and dedication. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in billing procedures • Knowledge of data entry procedures • Familiarity with financial and accounting principles • Proficient in relevant software such as Microsoft Excel • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
