Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, based in Irving, Texas. As a Billing Clerk, you will perform various tasks related to billing, data entry, and customer service. Responsibilities: • Accurately reconcile deliveries for invoicing purposes. • Manage and track data using Access databases and Excel spreadsheets. • Demonstrate proficient use of Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and v-lookups. • Exhibit excellent Data Entry skills, with a focus on speed and accuracy. • Ensure a high level of organization and efficiency in your role. • Become a reliable and motivated member of our team, contributing significantly to our operations. • Adapt to a general office environment, demonstrating the ability to sit for extended periods. • Utilize your skills in billing to maintain customer accounts and handle inquiries.
