Description We are offering an employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry, based in Irvine, California. We are in search of a Legal Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintaining customer credit records. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications. • Maintain precise records of customer credit. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required. • Assist with legal billing tasks including but not limited to bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, and litigation. • Regularly review CaseAware, Firm Central, and other client systems to ensure all information is current and correct. • Ensure all required documents are uploaded into client systems in a timely manner. • Respond promptly to emails/messages from clients. • Provide timely information to your Supervisor as requested. • Regularly review and evaluate vendor compliance. • Ensure completion of all necessary training requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Experience with Computerized Billing is essential • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures is necessary • Familiarity with Legal Billing practices is desired • Prior experience in a Billing role within the Financial Services industry is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
