Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Billing Clerk to be a part of our team located in Fort Lee, New Jersey, United States. As a Billing Clerk, you will primarily be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and addressing customer inquiries. This role necessitates maintaining accurate customer records and using various accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy in processing. • Maintain and update customer credit records using computerized billing systems. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Use the EHR System and Epic Software for managing electronic health records. • Be the point of contact for answering inbound calls from customers and other stakeholders. • Perform accounting functions, which include managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Manage time effectively using the 'About Time' software.
