Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing company in San Francisco! This role is 100% onsite and perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and prior billing or administrative experience. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare, review, and process invoices to ensure accuracy and timely billing. + Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries efficiently. + Maintain and update billing records in compliance with company policies. + Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and customer service, to support billing processes. + Monitor payment statuses and assist with follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
