Description We are seeking a Billing Clerk to join our finance team and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in billing, we’d love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: + Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers. + Review and verify billing data, including contracts and purchase orders. + Process payments and apply them to the correct accounts. + Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries. + Maintain and update customer account records. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information. + Generate reports on billing activities and outstanding balances. + Assist with month-end closing and audits as needed.
