DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Billing Clerk in Algeria. In this specific position you will Handles all billing procedures for CDZ Operations customers.

In this Billing Clerk position

  You will cooperate with the accounts department to follow up on billing operations. You will assist in accomplishing service at the required level for customer satisfaction. You will ensure the accuracy of billing data. You will be responsible for invoicing and collections activities. You will generate invoices and statements. You will regularly update the accounts receivable database. You will report to the client on a daily basis.    

Now, here’s what we need from you.

  Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field. Over 1 year of experience in the billing department or a similar position. Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness.
