Description We are in search of a Billing Clerk to join our team located in Westminster, Colorado. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Handle high-volume invoicing tasks effectively • Perform accounting functions, utilizing QuickBooks for efficiency • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy • Utilize ADP - Financial Services to manage accounts receivable • Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and invoicing • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Operate computerized billing systems effectively • Work with EHR systems in managing customer accounts.
