Description Job Summary: A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for processing and sending invoices, managing billing adjustments, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Key Responsibilities: + Process and send customer sales invoices, credit memos, rebills, and adjustments accurately and on time, ensuring the correct delivery method is used. + Prepare daily invoice batches for management approval before submission. + Manage and file delivery tickets systematically. + Upload invoices to customer portals as required. + Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. + Assist with other billing-related tasks as needed. + Be available for overtime as required. Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of billing experience required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Team player with a positive and proactive attitude. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Experience with NetSuite Oracle or a similar ERP system is preferred. + Work from office required.
