Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the government industry based in FORT COLLINS, Colorado. As a Billing Clerk, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks such as managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and overseeing computerized billing systems. Responsibilities: • Handle customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner using accounting software systems • Keep a meticulous record of customer credit and accounts receivable • Address and resolve any customer queries and issues pertaining to billing • Regularly monitor customer accounts and act appropriately when required • Uphold high standards of customer service by promptly responding to inbound calls and customer needs • Perform accounting functions with an emphasis on computerized billing operations.
