We are seeking a meticulous Billing Clerk to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be accountable for various tasks including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and managing customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer accounts and taking appropriate actions. Responsibilities: • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit details • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Regularly oversee customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status • Generate invoices according to the customers' needs and specifications • Review invoices line by line to ensure accuracy and compliance • Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including v-lookup and pivot table functions • Operate QuickBooks online software for various accounting tasks • Coordinate and execute billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing • Manage claims and supervise collection processes • Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
