Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Clerk in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry located in SUGAR CREEK, Missouri, United States. As a Billing Clerk, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing various financial documents, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise. Responsibilities include: • Accurately processing customer invoices on a daily basis • Applying approved credit memos and debit memos to customer accounts • Addressing and resolving any issues related to customer accounts • Ensuring the distribution of customer statements each month • Monitoring and maintaining batch tickets • Undertaking additional tasks as directed by the management team • Utilizing billing and accounts receivable skills to maintain accurate records • Employing Microsoft Excel to facilitate efficient operations • Resolving discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively • Previous experience in Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry is preferred • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Good understanding of general accounting principles • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems • Must have a detail oriented attitude and work ethic.
