Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Exton, PA. The role involves handling various tasks related to billing and invoicing in our accounting department. The position is fully remote, with the necessary equipment provided for you to successfully carry out your duties. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Keeping customer credit records up to date • Resolving issues related to Accounts Payable • Confirming customer orders • Handling billing and invoicing duties • Using software tools like Microsoft Excel, ERP, and Salesforce for various tasks • Assisting with the implementation of new systems • Managing customer inquiries and providing appropriate resolution • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required • Utilizing various accounting software systems for daily tasks.
