This role is onsite 4 days per week, 1 day from home with flexible 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours. No prior experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate. Job Description: The Billing Clerk will assist with creating billing from Excel. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in billing and finance. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills: Some Excel skills are needed to assist with billing tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting. Responsible and reliable work ethic. Requirements • Proficiency in billing systems and procedures • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to perform detailed analysis on billing data • Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable • Strong mathematical and numerical skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Finance or Business Administration will be appreciated • Proven experience as a billing clerk or similar role • Familiarity with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to billing procedures • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
