Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 to $18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am)The Patient Accounts Representative performs any and all assigned duties pertaining to patient billing as well as directly communicating with patients to collect monies. Assigned duties may include medical billing and coding; patient verification, claim follow up and appeals; and, posting account credits.
Billing & Coding Qualifications:
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policies Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley Knowledge of the common components of the health care reimbursement system in the United StatesMinimum 1 year of experience with Billing & Coding.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
