Billing Coordinator
Job Title: Billing Coordinator Job Description Create invoices for the Central Billing team to distribute to customers. Initiate Billing Items in the system for automated billing (quarterly or monthly). Apply credits to customers who are improperly invoiced. Work with Clients on Issues/etc with invoices including rate changes, increases, etc. Utilize PeopleSoft programs for Billing. Manage multiple projects at once for multiple clients' certification of product. Coordinate and communicate between internal groups, such as engineering, sales, etc. Work with other offices - 20 across North America and internationally in China and Sweden. Handle miscellaneous duties such as scanning information needed to be attached for invoicing. Answer emails via Microsoft Outlook. Input data into Microsoft Excel and analyze data between multiple tabs. Qualifications + HS Diploma/GED Minimum (Bachelor's Degree preferred) + Excel Proficiency + Recent 1+ office experience (administrative, customer service, or billing) + Invoice, collections, or accounting experience is a plus Monday through Friday (Onsite) 8am to 5pm About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
