*Handle service-affecting vendor billing issues to restore service promptly.
*Document all communications related to service cancellations and monitor vendor responses and commit dates.
*Oversee simple requests for billing information, such as providing invoice copies for regulatory audits.
*Research payment history and follow-up with the accounts payable department, as necessary.
*Add service location information to existing billing inventory and review billing database records for completeness.   Benefits
