The Billing Coordinator will handle various billing-related tasks to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Respond to inquiries in the Billing Software Support Inbox regarding: WIP Transfers Invoice Corrections Time Entry Corrections Import time and expense entries Daily update of client information Daily posting of invoices Approve new clients Client billing Work in partnership with the Accounts Receivable teams to coordinate and resolve outstanding invoice issues Collaborate with HR regarding quarterly internal auditQualifications:
Must be able to work in either the New York City or Hauppauge, NY office Willingness and ability to work in the office 2-3 days per week High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1 -2 years’ experience working in billing, accounts receivable or similar role required Experience working in a public accounting or professional services firm preferred In-depth knowledge of MS Office CCH Practice Management Software experience preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues as needed High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility with respect to assigned tasks due to changing deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environmentWe are interested in all qualified candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States. The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 - $65,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, years of experience, skills and certifications.
