Summary

Position Summary:The Finance Administrator oversees the activities and is responsible for the accuracy of charges, billing
edits, and customer service to ensure the integrity of the billing process. Delivers revenue cycle and
billing related training services to providers and practice staff. Processes accounts Payable and maintains
expense budget under direction of principle physicians.   Tasks Included but Not Limited to: Develops key metric dashboards in order to ensure physician has optimal information to make informed business decisions. Utilize system data sources (scheduling, WRVU reporting, and data analytics) to develop a cohesive standard report summary of the revenue enhancement activities. Direct the reporting and monitoring of revenue cycle key performance indicators (days in A/R,
A/R>120, NCR, and Prime Denials) to optimize cash collections and minimize bad debt, denials, and
controllable loss. Evaluate, devise, and implement uniform billing best practice policies and procedures to increase
efficiency, facilitate patient customer service, and to improve billing performance against targets.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field

Experience: 3-5 years
