Billing & Finance Analyst
Our client, a leader in the finance and accounting industry, is seeking a Billing & Finance Analyst to join their team. As a Billing & Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance & Accounting department supporting the Global Mobility and Benefits team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Billing & Finance Analyst **Location:** McLean, Virginia **Pay Range:** $30.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Assist with the preparation of internal billing and cross charges. + Process and reconcile financial transactions and invoices. + Liaise with internal departments to obtain cost centre details. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial billing records. + Support the Global Mobility and Benefits team in various administrative tasks. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role. + Good understanding of transactional finance. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Gain valuable experience in billing and finance processes. + Develop your skills in financial analysis and vendor management. + Flexible part-time role, 10 hours per week. + Be part of a team that values integrity and accuracy in financial operations.
