Join CACI as a Billing Lead within the Finance & Accounting team located in our Shared Services Center in Oklahoma City. You will work with other dynamic business units such as Project Managers, Accounts Receivable, Operational Accountants, etc. You will be working in tandem with these collaborative teams toward the same goal: CACI's ability to provide solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian Customers

Responsibilities:


As an outstanding Billing Lead, you will be responsible for leadership and guidance of Billing team employees within contractual and policy requirements.

Specific activities will include:

Evenly assign projects to Biller portfolios.

Lead, train, advise, and mentor a group of Billing Specialists to meet and exceed goals.

Review and approve First Invoices.

Ad hoc reports.

Regularly review performance metrics and discuss with Billing Specialists.

First line of contact for escalations.

Facilitate training and onboarding process of new employees.

Use the Costpoint financial system to create complex project invoices in accordance with CACI standards and policies.

Invoice timely and accurately, with invoices being submitted within the specified contract or CACI standards.

Support of internal, external and government audits as required.

Execution of SOX controls and communication with audit teams.

Key contributor for invoice resolution.

Ability to work within the Billing team and coordinate across CACI with stakeholders and other Leaders.

Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms: phone, email, video calls, conference calls, etc.

Knowledge of FAR, T&M, Cost Plus and Fixed Price invoicing requirements.

Ability to use COGNOS and Excel on an intermediate level.

Actively seek out process improvement opportunities.

Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.

Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

2+ years of relevant billing and/or leadership experience.

Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting or a comparative level of job experience.

Experience working with government customers.

Skilled in Excel.

Desired:

Knowledge of government accounting.

Experience working in Costpoint, WAWF, IPP, MPO, COGNOS, etc.

Knowledge of government contracts: CPFF, FFP, T&M.

Experience Leading a productive, collaborative team.

Familiarity moving processes to automation.

Work independently and/or with limited guidance.

Communicate effectively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Have a mind for continuous improvement.

Excel in soft skills related to Leading employees.

Ability to identify root cause and solve problems.

Detail-oriented and quality focused.

Comfortable enforcing your roles and responsibilities with partners.

Comfortable speaking with varying levels of Leadership.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$50,400 - $105,800
