**Overview** The Billing Manager plays a key role leading the Quote-to-Cash team. The role is responsible for leading a top-tier invoicing experience to ABM clients, from invoice creation to distribution. Lead the Aviation, Strategic and Tag billing department, ensuring all billing processes are efficient and accurate; partnering with the BASS leads to ensure Operations and Customer needs are met with the highest standard, always supported by ABM’s Service Culture. To elevate customer satisfaction by ensuring an accurate and timely billing process, consistently striving to exceed customer expectations and foster trust and loyalty. **Job Responsibilities:** + Ensure that billing activities for Aviation, Strategic and Tag customers are executed under SOX controls + Mentor and supervise Billers + Collaborate with the BASS team, Collections and when required, Operations and FP&A + Provide exceptional customer service, aligned with the OWN it behaviors + Monitor relevant KPIs for the Billing process and develop action plans to constantly improve them + Ensure a culture of continuous improvement is always present across all levels of the Billing team + Participate when required in any project transformation related to Billing for Aviation, Strategic or Tag customers **Minimum Requirements:** + 5-7 years of experience in Billing or related area + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. + Proven track of leading, coaching, and mentoring teams + Ability to analyze, solve problems, and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs + Experience in Oracle, SAP, or comparable ERP system. + Ability to work collaboratively with all departments + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels both internally and externally + Ability to nurture and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; strong emphasis on team building through training, coaching, and mentoring + Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks A high level of attention to detail is required in managing analytical tasks + Ability to drive process improvements and develop systematic processes REQNUMBER: 103854 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
