Description We are searching for a skilled Billing Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the billing process from start to finish, supporting the team, and contributing to process improvements. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Support the team by assisting with workload and process design improvements • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Allscripts, CRM, and Data Processing as part of your daily tasks • Handle EHR SYSTEM operations and Accounts Receivable (AR) management • Manage claim administration and auditing to ensure compliance • Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Assist with appeals related to billing functions. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required. • Experience with Allscripts software is necessary. • Must have knowledge and experience in CRM. • Proficiency in Data Processing is needed. • Experience with EHR SYSTEM is a must. • Must have a strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR). • Experience with appeals process and procedures is necessary. • Auditing skills are required. • Must be knowledgeable in billing functions. • Experience in claim administration is a requirement.
