Billing Matter Specialist
Job Title: Billing Matter SpecialistJob Description The main focus of this position will be collecting, entering, and updating internal billing information for client accounts. Responsibilities + Process internal requests for updates to billing information + Review and enter new business billing intake information + Set up billing matters in accordance with client guidelines + Perform various data changes, including updating addresses, contact information, groups, insurance information, billing information, and consolidated billing IDs + Review Billing Guidelines and Engagement letters to ensure matters are set up appropriately as it pertains to rates and financial contractual agreements + Provide explanations to internal employees relating to billing information + Provide billing expense information and receipts to be sent to clients with invoices + Ensure billing guidelines are met and in accordance with contractual agreements Essential Skills + 1+ years of client billing experience + Experience with billing research, data entry, and invoicing + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Familiarity with billing systems + Strong attention to detail + Experience with ChromeRiver and ServiceNow Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong reporting skills Work Environment Fully remote. Hours are 9-5:30 PT / 12-8:30 EST, Monday to Friday. Join a great team and organization, with the possibility to go permanent depending on work performance and company needs.
