Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Billing/Payroll Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities: • Engage in the initial billing procedures for various client departments • Accurately post, print, and dispatch invoices for Accounts Receivable according to payer source and within defined timelines • Undertake active collection on accounts for clients receiving care through specific departments • Secure insurance verification promptly for clients with long-term health insurance • Employ an effective system to handle client calls regarding specific billing inquiries • Share essential billing information with Managers for review • Ensure accurate data entry and collection of timecards for payroll processing • Conduct other accounting functions as necessary, including billing and payroll functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with Paycor or ADP - Financial Services is a must • Experience using Ceridian is highly valued • Proficiency in Concur is expected • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary • Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is required • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected • Auditing skills are crucial • Ability to handle Billing Functions is necessary • Proficiency in Payroll Functions is a must Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
