The Billing Representative assists the accounting department with processes related to customer billing.
Primary Responsibilities
Accurately maintain customer databaseAssist with billing inquiries and update customer billing informationAssist with rent roll and auction processCommunicate with occupants via phone or email regarding billingProcess vacate and termination of accounts, send final bill for keys and unpaid balancesAssist with transferring accounts, eviction and final noticeApply or refund security deposits or open credits, reverse and correct payments as necessaryOther duties as assignedJob Specifications
Data entryAnswer customer inquiriesEducation and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent1 -3 years’ experience with customer billing, preferredFluency in SpanishWorking Conditions/Physical Demands
Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
