Requirements for working as a Billing Rep.   

What you will need:

High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience required.

What Billing Rep’s will do:

Answers incoming calls from Referrals and customers placing orders.Primary duties will be DATA Entry, Insurance verifications, and Prior Authorizations.Obtains insurance authorization and recertification as needed.

Other duties.

Maintains accurate and complete records concerning billing activity and inventory tracking.Examines insurance explanation of benefits to assure responsibility and identify rejected insurance billings.Rework and rebill rejected accounts in a timely manner.
