Job Description: The Billing Specialist 1 is responsible for reviewing activating and billing all software orders efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer service to internal and external employees.

What you will be doing Utilize internal workflows to review order information for accuracy prior to activation and billingEnsure billings are properly scheduled and data is accurate between billing systemsAssist team with billing  responsibilities as neededProvide billing support to team membersProvide resolution and follow-up to billing inquiries from internal and external clientsAssist with updating assigned procedures documentation to ensure information is current; make sure new processes are timely and accurately documentedProvide timely communication regarding any issues or trends identified to more experienced team members or leadership as needed What will make you successful High School diploma, or equivalentProficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office SuiteGood critical thinking and problem solving skillsProven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentGood interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of departmentHighly detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independentlyCapable of identifying and completing tasks independently with a sense of urgency and ownershipUp to 5% travel time required Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
