Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Gaithersburg, MD.  This role will be onsite/in the office Monday-Friday during normal business hours and will be responsible for all billing matters of assigned customers which will include both services and hardware. Additional responsibilities include:  

Validation of all installation activity to ensure invoice accuracy.Work with other support teams such as installation, field maintenance, program management and, customer service.Support the onboarding process for all customers migrating to the new platform. 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field1 year of MS Excel1 year of experience creating/using data analytics

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of V-lookup with advanced Excel skillsAbility to understand contractual termsUnderstanding of contract languageAbility to pick up systems quickly

Additional Information

This contract-to-hire will be located onsite in Gaithersburg, MD.  This role will work Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
